Bonnie says "95" right before the clock reaches zero and Dennis declares her a winner. As they are celebrating, a microphone somewhere is picking up a voice deliberating over whether she said it before time was up. After Dennis throws to commercial, the voice says, "Should we give it to her in this case?" I don't know whether during the commercial, anybody addressed the fact that she was technically bidding $1,195 and not $1,095. No clarification is made on the air later in the show and the showcase standings would not be affected by the decision. I'm just going to assume they gave her the prize.
